50 Popular Picture Books from the 80s & 90s To Read To Your Kids

Mar 17, PM. I am trying to figure out the name of a series of books I used to read in the early 's. They were thin children's books probably between 10 and 30 pages and sized similar to a magazine and they were a "find me" type book, similar to Where's Waldo. Where's Waldo type search-and-find children's book. Dec 29, AM. I had a book in the late '80's to early '90s that was like Where's Waldo, but was much more in-depth. Each page had a story that went along with it. It wasn't as annoying as an I-Spy, or where's waldo, but the illustration was more of an actual illustration, rather than multiple items repeated extensively. I remember that one of the pages was like a room full of gifts for a child's birthday and it provided a list of things to find on the pages. Another page was a jungle and you had to find a specific flower to help the character with the flower which would provide an antidote to a disease he is trying to solve.
